The humanoid robot NINO, developed by our laboratory, has its main body structure made of aluminum alloy. The motor and reduction mechanism use harmonic drives and pulleys. It is equipped with real-time robotic walking motion control algorithms, capable of stably performing functions such as walking straight, turning, moving backward, climbing stairs, and speaking. Additionally, it can maintain balance while carrying objects with one hand or when subjected to external forces.
